Grace is a wellness mentor and counselor, with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Education from Columbia University. She has been leading workshops and counseling women privately for over 30 years. She is a yoga teacher - RYT 200. She has a 95% success rate in decreasing stress, anxiety and depression and increasing joy, happiness, and contentment in her clients.
